TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

Most important of all, please, avoid commissioning me if your mayor intent is to copy someone's style at a cheaper price.I am not at all comfortable with this, you can see what I can do with my portfolio and in case you want me to try to emulate some style (In the sense of trying to make an 80´s style pic), you must also take into account that I might not make it perfectly similar, so it is a risk you are assuming in this case.It is also important to take into consideration my time zone (CET), so please take into account that in between weekdays, I won´t be able to answer immediately due to my work hours, weekends will be the time where I surely will be most active.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment will be asked once you give me the ok on the main sketch (Reminder that you have up to three revisions and edits in case it isn´t my fault (Aka, I didn´t get something right on one specific try), more than 3 edits will be an extra charge of 5€ per new sketch).You have up to one week to pay (Either via Paypal or Ko-fi), after this week you will receive a small reminder. If after two weeks you haven´t paid, your order will be cancelled.Ghosting me 2 times will automatically blacklist you.

REVISIONS

Several WIPS will be offered during the process, especially after completing the lineart, flats, shades and before final edits (In case your commission is not a simple cellshaded cheeb, in which case you will automatically get the piece delivered after the shades)Please remember to mention any edit needed ONCE you receive the WIP, as I will ask you if everything looks all right. If you don´t mention any edits, I will go on, so please, any possible error or improvement, let me know.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Most big pieces will take me an average of 1-2 months per piece, might be even more if the composition is hard to come with.Cell Shaded Cheebs will take me at most 1 week per cheeb. If for any reason it takes me more than the stablished deadline, you can ask either for a refund or freebie, as you prefer.If you want it rushed over my average deadline time, it will have a small rush fee.

USE

All my pieces are meant to be for personal use. Art can be shared tagging me (@airinirunu for my main and NSFW account and @Nyx_Nocturnale for my SFW secondary account)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

If your intention is to use it for commercial use, please let me know (Mostly, merch. If you are going to use it as a PNGtuber or Starting/Ending/Schedule image I have no issue as long as you credit me).My Commercial Use fee is only half of the price we both agreed on, so let´s both be honest on this (As, if I discover that you are using it for merch, you are allowing me to use it myself for merch also. I don´t want to do this if it can be avoided, so let´s all work together)You have full rights on the piece you asked as the commissioner/client, unless you specifically say it was a gift, case in which both you and the giftee will have ownership on the piece.As the artist, I have the rights to the artpiece in order to use it on my Portfolio. In case you are not ok with this, please let me know and I will keep the final piece private.

REFUNDS

Refund could be issue depending on the part of the process I was on when asked:- Sketch: Havent paid yet, so basicly, full refund
- Lineart: 70%
- Flats: 50%
- Shades: 25%
- Finished piece: NoneAsking for a refund via Paypal without any previous communication will automatically blacklist you, so please, if you want to cancel the piece, let me know as soon as possible to issue the refund asap.

COMMUNICATION

Communication will be preferred via V-gen DMs or email ([email protected]). In case this doesn´t work for you, discord will be the preferred method.

WILL AND WON’T DO

This part is essential and you fully agree to this, meaning you fully read this part. There are certain things I will and won´t do that will be listed here.- I CAN DO:Femboys, Feminine women, Delicate looking men-women, not extremely manly-buffed men, Pokemons (Not perfectly, but I can handle them), simple compositions, winged characters, horned characters, certain kinks (MUST ASK), certain furries (MUST ASK), animals (Specially cats and dogs overall)- I CANT AND WON´T DO:Nonconsensual NSFW, fetishes (vore, diaper, smell related, feet, any non-con type, bestiality…), mecha, vehicles, bald characters, extremely buffed characters, armorsWith the must ask part, this is not an open opportunity to talk about said elements/kinks/roleplay.Please take into consideration that I am working on a piece for you and I am trying to get references as a client. Do not use this as a chance to talk about fetishes, trying to pull me or my OCs into them, over asking me stuff about myself or my OCs.Also, overstepping my boundaries will immediately make me cancel your commission and blacklist you, there won´t be a strike method, so let´s try to work together.

1. Can i have a nsfw add on for a comm option that doesn´t mention it?

- No, if a commission doesnt explicitly say that you can give it an add on for a NSFW element of alt, you must understand that those are meant to fully be SFW. If you want that, look on the commission details of other commissions to see if they have it marked

2. my commsion request has one "wont do element", what now?

- It is simple, if you allow me not to make it the focus (Ex, you want a commission of an OC with the odor kink and you allow me to work without that element), we can work something out, if not, simply take into account that I will more surely cancell the request. If you persist, you will be blacklisted

3. can i talk to you about my kink?

- Absolutely not. I might ask you for some info, but keep it profesional and reasonable, because it mostly will be fore references. If you are respectful, belive me, I will accept your commissions on the long term.

4. i insist on adding a wont do element to my comm

- First time I will surely give you a hell of an extra charge as you are forcing me to do something I don´t want, continue on future comms and you will be blacklisted

5. can i dm you on the future after my comms to talk about stuff?

- I prefer you don´t. If we get to be friends, that will be done on the long term and after interacting (As for today, some of my clients can be considered good friends), but being my client is not an instant friend card.Please respect that
